I have a 1895 Antique Walnut staircase with banister forsale still in the house. Where would be the best place to advertise it?

Recently downloaded plans for a wooden Sidewalk Speedster. They call for 10" x 1 3/4" wheels with a 3/8" plain sleeve bore. I live in Hawaii and resources are limited. I have searched the web but cannot find a supplier. It is a white spoked tricycle wheel but I cannot find it locally. Any Ideas
