With the Canadian dollar now at a premium (about 3.5%) with respect to the US dollar, how can you possibly justify
charging Canadians $41Can for the same 2 yr term as you charge Americans $28US. I realize distribution costs are somewhat greater but that cannot possible account for a surcharge of 51.5%!!! (41 by 28 x 1.035) Will you permit me to pay the US rate in US funds...yours is a fine magazine but that. surcharge is most insulting and without ratiionale.
