YOu will be very hard pressed to find what you are looking for. Even newer vises are made from cast iron and come from places like China. As far as I know, even the poplular "Wilton" vises don't sell any replacement parts. In my opinion,, you should just go get a new vise. Sorry

Recently downloaded plans for a wooden Sidewalk Speedster. They call for 10" x 1 3/4" wheels with a 3/8" plain sleeve bore. I live in Hawaii and resources are limited. I have searched the web but cannot find a supplier. It is a white spoked tricycle wheel but I cannot find it locally. Any Ideas

Fellow Woodworkers: My name is Dan Locaputo, and I am a member of the Cincinnati Woodworkers Club, (CWC) in Cincinnati, Ohio. I invented the Automatic Flute Spacing Jig which I am trying to promote. I did a demonstration of my jig at the CWC, and many advanced woodworkers were impressed enough, and purchased my jig. Since I don’t have any middle men, I can sell my jig at a much lower cost. They are selling in some stores for $44.99. This jig will space up to (7) seven flutes on boards up to (12) twelve inches wide, without any measuring. The jig is made of 1/4" x 1-1/2 “anodized aluminum. There are (3) three zinc plated bushings that comes with the jig, which allows 1/4", 3/8”, and 1/2" flutes to be made. I am proud to say they are made in USA, and will last a lifetime. I would really appreciate it, if you would send my web address to all of you Woodworking members. The usual cost of my jig is $30.00 plus S&H. However, for Woodworking Clubs, I am willing to sell my jig for $25.00 plus S&H, provided I can mail them in bulk to one location. This will make my handling easier, and your shipping cost, much less. Thank you.
My web address is: www.drlgroupllc.com My website also shows many useful tips for the router table.

Hello, recently I discovered that I love to make things, especially with wood. At first I tried woodburning, which was very enjoyable. Then I decided to make something, like a small magnetic chalk board. After that I made a sofa table for my living room, now, well, I am attempting to make a dinning room table...not sure what I am doing, but I am having lots of fun doing it...

probably 2 things. moisture content too high and most of all, If you did not allow the panels to "float" ie: you either glued or fastened them some way so as to not allow movement.
