Sidewalk Speedster

Recently downloaded plans for a wooden Sidewalk Speedster. They call for 10" x 1 3/4" wheels with a 3/8" plain sleeve bore. I live in Hawaii and resources are limited. I have searched the web but cannot find a supplier. It is a white spoked tricycle wheel but I cannot find it locally. Any Ideas

Any Ideas"I started construction on the sidewalk speedster(Irish Mail) too and decided to see about the wheels. I can't find any like the plan calls for and I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio Do you find this valuable? |
